For Eden’s birthday party, I knew I wanted to do something fun! I also wanted to be able to get my two little ones involved in helping decorate. I found the cutest idea from Studio DIY. They did a fruity garden party and I just loved the over sized table top fruit, I had to recreate them.

The materials you need are all linked below this post via Amazon! Here’s a list of materials in case you decide to go to the craft store.

Materials
(2) Dry Floral Foam Balls
Set of six Floral Foam Spheres large
Set of four Floral Foam Spheres small
Acrylic paint
Card stock paper
Paint Brushes
(2) Green Pipe Cleaners
Hot Glue Gun
Glue Stick
Scissors

The first step is cutting out the cardstock to make your image for the various fruits. Using a glue stick, glue the pieces onto the base of the cardstock fruit. The next step is painting the floral foam. This is where I got the kids involved. Each piece of foam was one color so there’s no way they could mess that up!

A little tip- use plastic cups to support the spheres. For the balls I used kabob sticks to allow me to paint the entire ball in one setting. Once your foam is dry, hot glue the cardstock fruit images to the foam. Allow to dry.

To make the grapes, take floral wire and wire each grape into each other. Attache the cardstock leaves using floral wire and tie the pipe cleaner to the wire.

That’s it! These were super fun, and really added to the tablescape.
